The Role: Entegris Canada - Toronto is currently seeking a Senior Process Engineer – Chemical Manufacturing to join our team. The person will serve as a technical leader responsible for advancing manufacturing process performance across multiple product lines. The successful candidate will lead complex troubleshooting efforts, process optimization initiatives, and continuous improvement projects while interacting cross-functionally with R&D, Scale-Up, Quality, EHS, and Maintenance teams. The position reports to the Manufacturing Operations Manager. The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise with a hands-on approach to problem solving, leveraging data analytics, digital tools, and emerging AI capabilities alongside continuous improvement methodologies to enhance manufacturing performance.



This role offers the opportunity to support new product commercialization and provide technical leadership that helps position our manufacturing operations for long-term growth and success. What You’ll Do: Serve as a technical leader supporting manufacturing operations across chemical production processes, driving improvements in safety, quality, reliability, capacity, and cost effectiveness. Lead investigations into process deviations, equipment issues, and product non-conformances, utilizing structured problem-solving methodologies to identify root causes and implement sustainable corrective actions. Support process hazard reviews and management of change activities to ensure protected and sustainable manufacturing operations. Partner closely with R&D, Scale-Up, Quality, EHS, and Maintenance teams to ensure reliable execution of manufacturing processes. Support technology
