Teach swimming skills and instill confidence at Back to Basics Swim Academy. We're seeking passionate Swim Instructors dedicated to water safety and nurturing a love for swimming. As a Swim Instructor, you will engage with students of all ages, using our Back to Basics methodology to enhance their swimming abilities. You'll foster a positive and welcoming workplace, ensuring safety and cleanliness in the pool.

Your role includes assessing student levels and addressing client inquiries effectively. Key Responsibilities:

- Teach swimming lessons using Back to Basics techniques
- Assess and evaluate students' swimming skills
- Maintain safety and order in the pool area
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for all participants
- Address client questions and concerns promptly

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year swim instructor experience
- National Lifeguard Certification required
- Standard First Aid with CPR/AED Level C certification
- Lifesaving Instructor certification preferred
- Positive mindset and team-oriented attitude
