It produces precious metals from operations in Canada, Australia, Finland and Mexico and has a pipeline of high-quality exploration and development projects. The Support and Development Center provide services to Agnico Eagle's various Canadian and / or international mining operations in a variety of areas, including administration, financial services, IT, supply chain, human resources, communications, construction as well as technical services (geology, engineering, metallurgy, infrastructure, marketing, innovation, and digital transformation). Reporting to the Global Applications Specialist, you will be part of the Information Technology Department.

You will providesupport andintegrationinsightacrossadjacent business systems and be responsible for managing & administrating the critical business applications systems across the organization.Respond to support requests from the users for various enterprise business applications systems

- Troubleshoot problems and find solutions, modify configurations and implement improvements to the systems
- Prioritize support activity and incident resolution based on competing business requirements with full use of Helpdesk system for event tracking and resolution




- Participate in ETL and data integration activities, including validation, reconciliation and issue investigation
- Write and maintain SQL queries to support troubleshooting, data validation, reporting, reconciliation and ad hoc analysis
- Monitor recurring jobs, interfaces and data flows between systems, reporting platforms and data environments
- Implement, test and maintain disaster recovery processes
- Participate in decision making for business applications systems, installations, upgrades
- Participate in implementing new software when required
- Collaborate with vendors, external consultants and internal teams on incidents, enhancements, upgrades and project delivery.

College

Diploma in a program related to Information Technology or equivalent; ~Ability to perform effectively in a quick-paced, high-pressure environment supporting business-critical production systems; ~ Knowledgeable analytical and creative problem-solving abilities; ~ Knowledge in application architecture, systems analysis and design, requirements analysis and definition, development methodologies, installation and maintenance of applications, systems and user acceptance testing and end user training; ~ Ability to translate complex technical requirements into practical business terms for diverse audiences; ~ Ability to show strong customer service orientation working in a collaborative environment; ~ Adaptable and versatile, with capacity to quickly learn a broad range of business systems ~ Proficiency in the use of the English language as you will be working in collaboration with other Agnico Eagle sites where English is the primary language.

Schedule: 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
