Convertinspectionreportsintoapresentableformatforourclientsbyreviewing,editing,andfinalizingdata. Createquotationsbasedonnoteddeficiencies/repairsontheinspectionreportsand/orworkscopes. Createthequotation/proposalcoverletter. Liaisewithsuppliersandvendorsforpricingasneeded. CommunicateandcoordinatewithFieldTechnicianstoverifyinformationoninspectionreportand/orworkscopetoensureQuotationsareaccurateandallencompassing. Followdepartmentguidelinesandmetricsasadvisedtoachievecompanystrategicgoals. Assistandsupportinternaldepartmentsasrequired. CollaboratewithAccountManagersandOperationsregardingspecialorurgentrequests. Communicatecriticalinformationtocolleaguespertainingtovendors,products,equipment,pricing,andcompetitors. Maintainclearandopenlinesofcommunicationwithinternalteammemberstocontributetoanefficientworkflowprocess.
