Toronto (Hybrid: 4 days per week in the office, 1 day working from home) This is the ideal job for someone looking to make a move from agency to in-house or for someone looking to develop a career in an international in-house TA role within the exciting Fintech industry. You will be part of a recruitment team working cross-functionally and internationally to source candidates for a diverse range of vacancies with a strong focus on commercial/sales roles Source and recruit candidates through LinkedIn and other social networks Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection methods Maintain candidates’ interest and engagement with Ebury, managing their expectations and negotiating at the offer stage Network across the company building robust relationships with internal customers at all levels. Ensure accurate information is captured in our recruitment system (Greenhouse) Some previous recruitment experience either in an agency or in-house/TA experience Experience of delivering Sales or commercial recruitment Experience of recruiting across North America While our initial requirement is to support our commercial team's growth, there may be other opportunities to support wider recruitment needs cross-functionally Experience in recruitment within Financial Services is beneficial Fluent English, both verbal and written is essential to work in an international environment Additional languages,
