Full-time Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week Required to be in office 5 days per week for first 6 months, 4 days per week hybrid after 6 months, candidates should be located in the Sherwood Park, AB area. Responsible for high-volume recruitment of manpower to various client sites across Canada Source candidates on platforms such as our ATS CRM, Indeed and LinkedIn Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience, with an emphasis on high-volume hiring in the surveying or geo space Experience hiring experienced field survey technicians (Party Chief, Crew Chief), particularly with high precision industrial experience and remote linear projects Strong experience using various sourcing techniques, platforms and recruitment marketing Required to clearly communicate with internal operational leaders to understand needs,



forecasts and scope of projects Experience with full cycle recruitment from sourcing to drafting offer letters Experience with Recruitment software ICIMs is an asset Proficient in SharePoint, Word, Excel and Outlook employee assistance programs and more!
