Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist – High-Volume Recruitment Landscape and Snow Management Location: Hybrid, Gatineau , QC Type: Full-Time, Permanent Strathmore is a leading provider of snow removal and commercial landscaping services in Canada. We are looking to expand our team with a motivated Recruiter, passionate about hands-on recruitment, who will contribute to attracting the best seasonal and permanent talent across our different regions. Manage the full recruitment cycle for both seasonal and permanent staff in the snow removal and landscaping sectors Define and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent Conduct active sourcing (resume databases, social media,



internal referrals, etc.) Screen applications, shortlist candidates, and conduct phone or virtual interviews Maintain a pipeline of available candidates at all times to respond quickly to hiring needs Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to increase company visibility and actively recruit 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in a high-volume or seasonal context ~ Experience in customer service or sales (an asset) ~ Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (ADP system is an asset) ~ Excellent verbal and written communication in French and English (a third language is an asset) ~ Competitive salary with commission on successful hires Opportunity to directly contribute to the growth of a national company
