Talent Acquisition Specialist, People and Culture Toronto Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding Provide guidance and recommendations to hiring managers on recruitment strategies, timelines, and talent availability Source candidates using job boards, applicant tracking systems, referrals, talent pools, career fairs, and proactive outreach Prepare, post, and manage internal and external job postings Support offer preparation and deliver employment offers in alignment with approved compensation and policies Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential candidate and employee records within the ATS/HRIS Track and report recruitment metrics including hiring volumes, time-to-fill, attrition, and turnover reasons Identify recruitment trends, challenges, and opportunities for process improvement Ensure hiring and onboarding practices comply with employment legislation, privacy regulations, and corporate policies Support employee retention initiatives, including follow-ups and occasional site visits to engage field staff Organize and participate in career fairs, hiring events, and recruitment campaigns Assist with recruitment related HR administration including data entry, reporting,
