Rural Roads Health Services (RRHS) is actively seeking applicants for a Registered Nurse position for the Emergency Department.
The primary location for this position is: Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital The Charge Nurse will be responsible for facilitating patient flow, staff support and relief, as well as front line leadership during the day shift. In addition to the day duties the night charge nurse will be responsible for facilitating patient flow and leadership support to the entire organization.
Registered
Nurse with a current Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario is required. Minimum of 1 year recent Critical Care experience is required. Successful completion of Critical Care Course is preferred. Minimum 1 year recent Medical/Surgical experience is preferred.
Demonstrated
Leadership skills in an acute care environment. Able to recognize the importance of managing your emotions and the impact that it has on team morale and performance.
Salary per the ONA collective agreement ($45.15 per hour to $62.98 per hour) Must be available to work all shifts as required, which may include; weekends, statutory holidays, days, evenings and night shifts. Hours are subject to change based on operation needs of the hospital.
