As a Keyholder, you will support the management team and represent Reitmans’ brand image. You will assist customers on the sales floor and in fitting rooms, complete cash transactions, and help maintain smooth daily execution. Your responsibilities include opening and closing procedures, merchandising standards, styling advice, promotions, and add-on sales. This position requires retail, sales, or customer service experience, with opening and closing experience preferred.

- Fashion knowledge, styling sense, and awareness of current trends
- Proficiency in POS, ERP, ATS, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexible evenings, weekends, holidays, standing, lifting, and ladder use
