Duties The role of a Team Lead is to provide amazing customer service, maximize sales, and provide support for the boutique and our team.
- Manage the front desk including appointment scheduling and retail sales.
- Help create a positive, friendly environment for our team and all guests.
- Assist with daily operations of the boutique.
- Oversee inventory management and ordering.
- Ensuring team and guests are educated on accurate product knowledge.
- Ensure the boutique is clean, well-maintained, and meets all required health standard protocols.
- Provide customer support to guests as needed.
- Support the teams by reviewing key daily tasks and validating accuracy.
- Become an expert in our booking software and serve as a key contact for troubleshooting and team support.

- Must be a beauty care fanatic!
- Previous experience within the industry (spa, beauty, cosmetics, fashion) is fantastic!
- Ability to multitask is required.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Enthusiastic and extremely personable.
- Reliable, dependable and self-motivated.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
