Site measurements and technical review Take site measurements and verify existing conditions; Review projects with designers to make sure they meet technical requirements; Assess feasibility based on resources,



constraints and standards; Confirm appliance compatibility; Track scheduling in our internal management tool (Monday). Coordinate site access, resources and timelines; Support installers in the field and resolve unexpected issues; Inspect the site after installation and write the final report; Work with clients and the team to adjust invoicing as needed. Respond to service call requests and order the required materials; Coordinate communication between the plant, technicians and clients; Track projectprogress and ensure client satisfaction; Handle more complex files with courtesy and professionalism.
