Forbes Bros. Group of Companies seeks a Safety Coordinator supporting field operations and its Health, Safety, and Workplace Management System. You will work with Operations, project leadership, and HSE teams across transmission and distribution line projects. The position requires travel throughout Ontario, practical guidance, and follow-through on hazards and corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct site inspections, observations, and audits for HSE compliance
- Coach crews, address concerns, and participate in safety meetings
- Review hazard assessments, procedures, permits, and safety documents
- Support investigations, root-cause analysis,



corrective actions, and follow-up
- Track training, records, incidents, audits, and regulatory documentation

Requirements:

- Occupational Health and Safety diploma, certificate, or equivalent experience
- At least three years of relevant safety experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal, coaching, and relationship-building skills
- Microsoft Office and digital HSE systems proficiency
- Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel throughout Ontario
