The Recruiter Team

Lead is responsible for organizing the daily activities of the recruitment team while actively participating in the full-cycle recruitment process. This role provides leadership, coaching, and support to recruiters to ensure hiring objectives are met efficiently and in alignment with organizational goals. They will serve as the main point of contact for the Recruitment department in the absence of the Recruitment Manager.





Understand current recruitment needs and requirements Monitor workload distribution and ensure recruitment priorities are effectively managed Conduct full-cycle recruitment for key and difficult to fill positions Manage job requisitions in ADP Workforce Now Ensure recruitment practices are compliant with all applicable provincial employment and human rights legislation Travel to all Natt locations, as required Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
