Technical Business Analyst - Front Office

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with Buy-Side experience and strong expertise in portfolio management and trading lifecycle. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams, ensuring effective delivery of initiatives in an agile environment. Preference will be given to candidates with deep buy-side front-office experience, including direct work with Portfolio Managers, portfolio construction and rebalancing, order management, holdings and positions management, and hands-on experience with buy-side OMS/PMS platforms such as Charles River. Candidates lacking these areas may not meet the role's primary requirements. Engage with portfolio managers, middle office, and trading desks to capture and analyze business needs.

Support delivery of solutions that strengthen efficiency,



transparency, and compliance in collateral processes. Track progress, remove blockers, and promote agile best practices. Drive continuous improvement within the team.

Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams. Ensure timely delivery of features and initiatives, highlighting risks and dependencies. Communicate status updates and findings clearly to senior management and stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Data, or related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in capital markets, with a solid understanding of the portfolio management and trade lifecycle.
