This Technical Lead owns architecture, quality, and client relationships without line-management responsibilities. You will translate business goals into technical plans, explain trade-offs, and guide delivery across frontend and backend services. The work includes documentation, code review, mentoring, estimation, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities: Set technical direction and own architecture decisions

Design, code, review, and uphold coding standards

Document architecture, decisions, and technical specifications





Coach developers and build reusable onboarding materials

Communicate scope, progress, options, and risks to clients

Requirements: At least eight years of qualified software engineering experience

Two or more years leading technical direction

React, Next.js, TypeScript, Python, and Node.js experience

Ability to create actionable technical plans

Excellent communication with non-technical audiences
