As a Part Time Contract Shift Leader, you supervise Sales Associates and support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager. You manage customer service, merchandising, housekeeping, shipping and receiving, and health and safety. You help achieve service and sales goals through task delegation, associate guidance, accurate procedures, and responsive customer care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise sales floor operations across assigned store areas
- Delegate tasks and support Associate productivity
- Mentor Associates through training and assigned duties
- Resolve and escalate customer matters appropriately
