This Food & Beverage position prepares food and beverage orders according to standards. You will coordinate with runners, order takers, supervisors, and bartenders. The work supports safe food handling, organized service areas, and MLSE service standards during events.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver customer service quickly to fans in their seats
- Prepare food and beverage orders according to standards
- Communicate efficiently with runners, supervisors, and bartenders
- Complete opening and closing duties as needed
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment

Requirements:

- Hold required Smart Serve certification
- Be legally permitted to serve alcohol
- Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Provide outstanding customer service under pressure
- Lift or carry 35 pounds up and down stairs
