Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes
• Prepare dishes for customers with allergies or intolerances
• Plan menus and determine appropriate food portions
• Monitor inventory and order supplies and equipment
• Supervise kitchen staff and maintain clean work areas

Requirements:

• One year of cooking experience preferred
• Secondary school education preferred
• Food Handler Certification preferred
• Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler, or equivalent preferred
• Knowledge of desserts and pastries
