Temporary Senior Executive

Assistant - Board Office Under the direction of the Manager of Administrative Services & Projects, the Senior Executive Assistant provides confidential, executive-level administrative and project support primarily to the Learning Services department, and, when assigned, to other members of the senior leadership team. Provide executive administrative and project support to senior leadership Prepare and edit confidential correspondence, reports, briefings, and presentations Support Ministry reporting, audits, and district data collection processes Monitor projects, timelines, and reporting requirements to ensure compliance Support budget tracking, procurement, processes, and financial administration Diploma in Office or Business Administration,



or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum five (5) years of senior administrative experience, preferably in a public sector or education setting Demonstrated experience supporting senior leadership and managing complex workflows Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams) Knowledge of FOIPPA and Ministry reporting requirements is an asset.
