Support seniors at Aspira Cedarvale in Keswick as a casual Guest Attendant, providing daily living assistance, resident supervision, and compassionate service.

As part of the Retirement team, you will build relationships with residents and families while supporting health, comfort, and well-being. Your work includes following individual care plans, responding to resident needs, and contributing to the culture of the home. You will help residents live fully each day through practical assistance and meaningful support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with eating, dressing, hygiene, and grooming
- Answer resident call bells and door alarms promptly
- Transport residents to rooms, activities, health office, and dining room
- Provide cognitive, social,



emotional, spiritual, oral, and dental support
- Complete assigned laundry and housekeeping duties

Requirements:

- Compassion for supporting seniors in living fully
- Robust customer service and communication skills
- Safe Serve designation and one year dining experience
- Minimum Grade 12 education
- Ability to work independently and within a team
