and consultant check-ins.Facilitate contract renewals and address consultant concerns in collaboration with Account Executives.Ensure Compliance & Drive PerformanceFollow company policies, procedures, and best practices in all recruitment activities.Track and report recruitment activities, ensuring data integrity within MatchGuide.Meet and exceed key performance metrics aligned with company goals.QualificationsPost-Secondary Degree/Diploma with minimum of 1-year external recruiting or customer facing service experience OR 2 years of high-level competitive sport/activity and/or leadership experience; OR other equivalent experience consideredOR High School Diploma or equivalent plus 2 years recruiting or customer facing experienceProven experience in a fast paced, metrics driven, working environment preferredProven ability to cultivate robust relationshipsAble to learn current complex ideas in a short timeframeAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines, prioritizing key activitiesHas determination, grit and a proven ability to go the extra mileIs confidential, professional, honest and works well both in teams and individuallyTeam oriented and collaborativeExcellent communication and influencing skillsAbility to connect with others through phone, video, social media and in-person meetingsAbout S.I.
