and project account reconciliationsAssist with month-end reporting, credit card reconciliation, and auditsPrepare government filings, partnership documents, and quarterly reportsMonitor accounting inboxes, process invoices, and support ad hoc projectsYou bring:2-4 years of experience in accounts payable role.University degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.Experience managing project invoices, vendor payments, month-end support, and vendor inquiriesProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.Strong communication skills – able to present information clearly and professionally.Real estate or property development experience is a strong assetFlexibility to work outside of core hours when business needs require.Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
