Compensation
Competitive salary between $50,000 - $65,000 commensurate with experience, along with performance-based incentives.

Responsibilities
Manage and service an existing personal insurance portfolio including home, auto, tenants, and seasonal policies
Conduct client consultations to identify coverage needs and recommend appropriate insurance options
Prepare quotes, process policy updates, and oversee renewals with accuracy
Collaborate with underwriters to secure favorable policy terms
Support clients throughout claims procedures and policy changes
Maintain detailed documentation within brokerage management systems




Build and nurture long-term client relationships with professionalism and integrity

Qualifications
Prior experience in personal insurance in a brokerage setting
Active Saskatchewan insurance license Level 1 or 2
Strong understanding of personal lines insurance products
Proficiency in insurance management systems and MS Office
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
