Local Trucking Company in Langley is seeking a full-time bookkeeper.
Invoicing
Recivables
Reconciling bank statements
Enter, reconcile and manage Accounts Receivables
Collections on invoices .
Payroll
Recording and posting credit card and other bank transactions.
Arranging courier for daily shipping of orders (FedEx, UPS etc)
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Include:
Positive attitude and solid work ethic
Ability to work independently
University degree/diploma preferred
Advanced computer skills including Excel and other Microsoft Office products
Knowledge on computerized accounting software – Quick Books online is required
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Highly organized and detail oriented
Trucking knowledge definite asset
