HR Generalist Pathway Communications Salary : $60,000 to $80,000 per year plus benefits, based on experience and assessed capability. Permanent, full-time. In office five days a week. The position We are seeking an HR professional to increase the internal capacity of our human resources department.

You will support company leadership by designing and implementing policies and practices to support our growth and corporate goals. This role requires you to balance daily HR operations and practices with new initiatives in a technology environment. Work with management on planning workforce and staffing needs.

Manage sourcing, candidate recruitment and onboarding. Assist managers with goal setting and performance reviews, following up on actions and documenting results. Managers remain accountable for employee performance.

Identify training needs, organize relevant development activities and assess whether learning is applied at work. Prepare analyses and reports on vacancies, recruitment progress, turnover, performance reviews and training. Coordinate payroll inputs and benefits administration with the responsible teams.

Ensure accurate employee data, vacation records and HR policies are maintained.



A degree preferably in HR or a related discipline, from a recognized Canadian University or College.

Experience : at least four years of HR experience in a generalist role with exposure to different functional areas: talent acquisition, compensation and rewards, training and development and employment law.

Experience in IT services, telecom, or other technical service environments will be an advantage. Working knowledge of the Ontario ESA, Human Rights Code, OHSA and Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act.

HRIS: Familiarity with HR Information Systems and applicant tracking systems is an asset. Proficiency in analyzing data, creating incisive reports and producing persuasive correspondence. We have offices in Markham, Montreal and overseas.
