In this role, you will support a range of Human Resources activities, including employee onboarding, HRIS administration, maintaining employee records, and coordinating training programs. You will serve as an important resource for employees and contribute to creating a positive employee-focused experience. Maintain organizational charts and employee data to support accuracy and consistency Monitor work permit expiries and obtain updated work authorization documents to ensure compliance.

Conduct new-hire surveys and analyze feedback to identify opportunities to improve the onboarding experience Coordinate employee training registrations, maintain the training calendar, and update training records. Administer security awareness training and the Easy Generator learning platform Provide administrative support for HR initiatives across the organization A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field ~2 years of experience in Human Resources or an administrative support role ~ Knowledge of JDE is considered an asset ~ Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook ~ A responsive, customer-service-oriented approach when supporting employees, managers, and other stakeholders As BC's leading electrical contractor and systems integrator, we believe in delivering safe, reliable power for the future.
