The Tenant Services Coordinator is responsible for building and maintaining positive relations between tenants and shopping centre management. The role will accomplish this broad mandate through a combination of a proactive customer service approach and effective dispute resolution of tenant concerns.This position is a temporary one-year contract. Administering, managing, and enforcing all mall/tenant policies and regulations while maintaining detailed records and logs of tenant interactions.

Responding to various tenant inquires and complaints while ensuring positive resolutions are reached. Two (2) – three (3) years-experience in retail property management or a related project management position.



Post-secondary Diploma in business administration or project management would be considered an asset.

Advanced skill set in Microsoft Office applications. Knowledgeable of and possessing the ability to communicate electronically in multichannel modes including but not limited to texting, wireless e-mail, instant messaging, etc. Self-driven with the ability to work with minimal supervision adhering to broad task-based goals and objectives.

This is a temporary full time position that is required Monday through Friday with occasional on call work. Must be able to pass a basic security clearance. #
