Responsibilities and Duties The duties will include: Looking parts pricing in the system Preparing estimates for repair Sending estimates and following up with customers for approvals Tracking quotes in excel Ordering parts for approved work Backup for call intake Admin tasks as assigned Qualifications and Skills Clear written and verbal communication skills Intermediate to Advanced excel and word skills Pleasant and professional phone manners Ability to multitask, prioritize and be organized
