Jubilee Ford in Saskatoon is looking for a motivated, friendly, and detail-driven individual to join us as a Reception / Wash Bay Attendant.

This is a full-time position that offers a unique mix of hands-on work and front-line customer service. You'll play an important role in maintaining the presentation of our serviced vehicles while ensuring every customer receives a welcoming and positive experience at our service reception desk.

What You'll Be Doing

In the Wash Bay:

Wash and clean customer vehicles after service appointments.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the wash bay area.

Move and park vehicles safely around the dealership lot.

Ensure vehicles are presented to customers in a clean and professional manner.

At the Service Reception Desk:

Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.

Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.

Process service payments and perform basic data entry.

Assist with appointment scheduling and other general customer service tasks.

Support the service department with daily administrative duties as needed.

Work Schedule

Monday:



9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Thursday: Day off

Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Every 3rd Saturday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

This is a full-time position with a consistent weekday schedule and a rotating Saturday requirement every third week.

What We're Looking For

Strong customer service skills and a friendly, skilled attitude.

Comfort working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry.

A valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.

Reliability, attention to detail, and a positive team-oriented attitude.

Previous dealership or automotive experience is an asset but not required.
