ZIP Intake to Procure Support Experience: 3 5 years Role Overview We are looking for a support resource with 3 5 years of experience to support the ZIP Intake to Procure process, including integrations with SAP Ariba, Jira, and Contract APIs/Web Services .

Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day functional support for ZIP Intake to Procure, including troubleshooting user and process issues.

Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues between ZIP and Ariba, Jira, and Contract APIs/Web Services .

Ability to configure fields, workflows , look up table, integration flows Coordinate with business, technical, and vendor teams to resolve incidents and integration failures.

Perform root-cause analysis, testing, and validation of fixes.

Maintain support documentation and identify opportunities for process improvements.

Required Skills 3 5 years of experience in procurement, P2P, application support, or a similar role.

Good understanding of Intake to Procure / procurement processes .

Experience troubleshooting integrations, APIs, web services, and system interfaces.

Robust analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Experience with ZIP or similar procurement platforms is preferred.
