- Lane 1 Step 1 ($17.88/Hour) Not Highly Qualified
- Lane2 Step 1 ($18.88/Hour) Associate's degree or 48 semester hours from an accredited college/university; or
- Lane3 Step 1 ($19.94/Hour) Current/Former Licensed Teacher
