This fixed-term seasonal position sits within Indigo’s Customer Service department. You will create welcoming stores, use merchandising standards, and connect customers with products through storytelling. The work includes inventory support, replenishment, returns, and incoming merchandise processing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support store operations before or after closing
- Conduct cycle counts and replenish store stock
- Apply merchandising standards to create appealing displays
- Connect customers with products through stories
- Respond promptly to customer feedback and share improvement ideas

Requirements:

- Specialty retail experience preferred but not required
- Adaptability and willingness to learn store operations
- Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor
- Ability to lift items up to 40 pounds safely
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnights
