You will assist in creating various entities and prepare corporate documents for transactions, governance, and amendments while collaborating with lawyers and clients in a rapid-paced, billable environment.
The ideal candidate has a diploma, at least five years of related experience, superb attention to detail, and strong MS Office skills.
