Physically count inventory and ensure goods are organized and stored in the correct locations.

Update inventory records and relevant information in the computer system, including SAP.

Complete all necessary paperwork and maintain accurate inventory documentation.

Follow all mine site policies, procedures, and processes.

Work both indoors and outdoors as required.

Maintain a clean and organized warehouse while following safe material-handling practices.

Identify and manage workplace hazards, including tripping and falling risks, and use proper lifting techniques.

Always prioritize Health & Safety and perform all duties safely.

Perform other duties as assigned. CANDIDATES MUST BE LOCAL TO KIRKLAND LAKE.

Start/End Hours – Rotation Schedule: Tuesday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (4/3 schedule).

What you need:



1–3 years of warehouse experience.

Must be local to Kirkland Lake and have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from the site. UG Common Core Modules required.

Experience in a mining environment is preferred.

Physically fit and able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.

Basic computer skills and the ability to learn and use SAP.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Positive attitude and willingness to contribute proactively to a high-performing team.

Required training and certifications: Levert Core Modules, NORCAT Macassa Modules, and Underground Common Core.

Required PPE: Steel-toe boots with metatarsal protection, hard hat with blue flashing light, gloves, safety glasses, high-visibility coveralls or high-visibility shirt and pants, and earmuffs.
