A delightful opportunity for an experienced Domestic Couple to join a private family at their holiday home in Middlesex.

This stunning country residence is set within 40 acres of gardens, lakes and woodland, with convenient connections to London.

The family are seeking a hardworking, loyal and reliable couple looking for a long-term position.

The successful candidates will take pride in maintaining a beautifully presented home, providing excellent service and overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the estate, both when the principals are in residence and during their absence.

Duties and responsibilities will include: Detailed housekeeping, including general and deep cleaning, dusting, vacuuming and mopping Making beds, changing bed linen and preparing bedrooms and guest areas Laundry, ironing and full wardrobe management, including the appropriate care and storage of delicate fabrics Ensuring the property remains clean, well maintained and beautifully presented for the principals’ arrival Menu planning, grocery shopping and maintaining stock inventories Cooking and baking nutritious family meals, with the ability to cater for formal meals with guests; Mediterranean cuisine is preferred Butler and front-of-house duties, including welcoming and assisting guests Assisting with events hosted at the estate and working alongside external caterers for larger occasions Overseeing estate security and managing alarm systems, including during the principals’ absence Day-to-day estate oversight, including liaising with and coordinating contractors and suppliers Liaising with the family’s company employees as required Maintaining accurate records of suppliers,



expenses and visitors Chauffeuring and ensuring vehicles are maintained and ready for use General handyman duties and routine maintenance of buildings and outbuildings Servicing and maintaining the swimming pool and other leisure facilities Candidate requirements: Extensive previous experience working for a UHNW family or on yachts Excellent housekeeping standards and attention to detail Strong family cooking skills, including the confidence to prepare meals for formal occasions; professional chef qualifications are not required Excellent knowledge of security systems and alarm management A adaptable, proactive approach and a positive, can-do attitude Trustworthiness, discretion and reliability Excellent communication and organisational skills Competent IT skills Confidence acting as the family’s main point of contact on site and overseeing the property in their absence Both candidates must hold full, clean driving licences Both candidates must have the right to work in the UK and up-to-date, clear DBS checks Both candidates must be non-smokers Accommodation A beautiful, furnished three-bedroom house with two bathrooms, a guest toilet, living room and dining room.

The accommodation includes a private garden, garage and veranda.

Utilities are included.

Working days and hours Monday–Friday, 8.00am–5.00pm, with a one-hour lunch break.

Flexibility is essential.

When the principals are in residence, the couple will be required to work longer hours and at weekends if necessary.

The couple can work in shifts.

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience and negotiable for the right candidates.
