Responsibilities Courteously receive and screen all incoming calls Greet,



assist and direct all visitors in a professional manner Perform a variety of clerical office support activities ensuring timely adherence to deadlines such as: Coordinate incoming and outgoing courier packages Coordinate building maintenance requests Maintain visitor key fob access Process client credit card and cash payments Order staff business cards and name badges Coordinate catering requirements Fax/scan documents Reserve meeting rooms & maintain cleanliness of rooms Coordinate various fundraising initiatives Coordinate flower/basket arrangements Provide administrative support to peers, as required Skills and Experience 1-3 years of office experience in a professional working setting Ability to handle multiple calls using a switchboard system Computer proficiency including effective working skills of Microsoft Word and Excel
