Our client is looking for a Community Manager who can help them with their Reddit strategy.This will be 12+ months, fulltime hours per week, and onsite 3-4x per week downtown Toronto.Core responsibilities:Develop and own the Reddit content strategy, including priority content topics and engagement approachMaintain a comprehensive playbook including platform best practices, tone of voice, and engagement guidelinesDevelop the blueprint required to scale Reddit participation across the organizationProvide coaching and advisory support to internal partners engaging on RedditManage brand-level comments and responses (non-business specific), in partnership with legal, risk, and communications teamsEducate on Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)



best practices into incorporate into Reddit responsesPlan and manage Ask Me Anything (AMA) programs throughout the yearTrack performance, identify insights, and continuously optimize our Reddit strategyWhat you bring:Robust understanding of Reddit culture, communities, and engagement is a must.Experience in social media, digital marketing, or platform program managementExperience developing playbooks and governance modelsExcellent written communication and stakeholder management skillsFamiliarity with AEO/SEO principles is a must
