Your newpany A well-established residential builder and developer is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support the construction of single-family homes throughout the Calgary region.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious construction professional looking to develop their leadership skills while working alongside experienced Site Superintendents on a variety of residential projects.

Your new role As Assistant Superintendent, you will play a key role in supporting daily site operations and ensuring homes are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high-quality standard.

Working closely with the Site Superintendent, you will help coordinate trades, monitor schedules, maintain site safety, and assist with the overall construction process from foundation through possession.

What you'll need to succeed 2+ years of residential construction experience, ideally within single-family home building.

Previous experience as an Assistant Superintendent, Site Coordinator, Lead Carpenter,



or similar role is considered an asset.

Strong understanding of residential construction methods, building codes, and safety practices.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction schedules.

Excellent organization,munication, and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail andmitment to quality workmanship.

Proficiency with construction management software and mobile technology is an asset.

Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.
