and determine appropriate controls.Coach/Mentor employees on how to use Risk Assessment toolsAssist with the development and implementation of training and competency initiatives.Assist with the development and update of Safe Operating ProceduresAdminister and oversee FSN Contractor Management ProgramAssist with Development and implementation of emergency response plans.Conducting Emergency DrillsMonitor and ensure compliance with company & legislative standards.Assist with Incident InvestigationsActively create and share safety communications and engagement reportsAssist with facilitating and/or attending monthly/daily Safety MeetingsPerform inspections/audits.Facilitate company training programs.Potential overnight travelAssist with Joint Health and Safety CommitteeOversee the inspection, maintenance and calibration of safety equipment and personal protective gear.Report on trends and areas for improvementOther duties as required.Who We're Looking for:OHS Certification/Diploma3-5 years in a full time HSE role.Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and best practicesAuditing experience (preferred)Proven experience building relationships and influencing others.Superior verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively and independently.Attainment of valid safety tickets (First Aid, H2S, CSO)
