Adecco is currently hiring a Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic / Service Manager This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced refrigeration professional ready to step into a leadership role. You will oversee a team of approximately seven technicians while ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Lead, mentor, and support a team of service technicians
Coordinate daily service operations and scheduling
Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support
Monitor service quality, project progress, and team performance
Support hiring, training,
and performance management activities
Conduct occasional customer site visits
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Minimum 5 years of refrigeration industry experience
Strong knowledge of refrigeration, HVAC, and mechanical systems
Valid driver's license and ability to travel occasionally
