This full-time, one-year contract position provides valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment, along with opportunities to develop your skills, gain industry experience, and grow your career with a leading automotive supplier.

What We Offer

Starting wage: $27.75/hour

Wage increase after 3 months

Afternoon shift premium of $2.00/hour

Overtime paid at 1.5x regular wage after 40 hours per week

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate: Has 1+ years of manufacturing or production experience (experience in other rapid-paced environments such as food service will also be considered)Is available to work rotating day and afternoon shifts on a two-week rotation

Is willing to work mandatory overtime as required





Can stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand and wrist movements

Can repeatedly lift up to 30 lbs

Has excellent attendance and punctuality

Has forklift experience (considered an asset)Works as part of a team and maintains a positive attitude

Has a high school diploma or equivalent

Duties & Responsibilities

Support assembly and manufacturing operations

Follow standardized work instructions to maintain quality standards

Train and work in multiple manufacturing processes through scheduled job rotations

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Meet production goals and quality expectations

Perform other duties as assigned

Shift Schedule

Day Shift6:15 AM – 2:45 PMAfternoon Shift5:30 PM – 2:15 AMNote: Shifts may range from 8 to 10 hours depending on production requirements.

Overtime and shift end times may vary based on business needs.
