Robert Half is seeking an experienced Controller on behalf of our client, a well-established organization looking for a strong financial leader to oversee accounting operations, strengthen internal controls, and support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, month-end and year-end close, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Maintain and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance procedures Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes Ensure timely and accurate account reconciliations and variance analysis Coordinate external audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting requirements Partner with executive leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations Supervise and mentor accounting staff, helping to build an effective and high-performing team Evaluate systems, workflows, and reporting tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency
