Insight Global seeks a Project Controls Manager for a six-month contract-to-hire opportunity supporting a large construction company. The manager oversees four employees and regional controls activities across commercial, water, and transit projects. Strong communication with project teams and senior leadership is essential.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee four project controls employees across the region
Manage budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cost management
Serve as the InEight subject matter expert
Train Project Managers and project teams on best practices




Develop dashboards and provide portfolio-level project insights
Requirements: Seven-plus years in Project Controls or related disciplines
Previous leadership managing project or cost controls personnel
Strong InEight experience supporting construction projects
Experience with large capital construction projects and portfolios
Relevant certification or post-secondary education preferred
Apply project controls leadership, InEight knowledge, and cost management expertise across Mississauga/Toronto construction portfolios.
