About the Role
The Company is seeking a President and Chief Executive Officer to provide strategic, operational, financial, and organizational leadership. The CEO will implement the strategic direction set by the Board, lead the organization and its people, and support its long-term sustainability. The role includes representing the organization with governments, funders, partners, stakeholders,
and the public, while building strategic partnerships and advancing organizational priorities. The CEO will also oversee strategic planning, performance, risk management, resource allocation, and organizational transformation.
Candidates should hold an undergraduate degree in a relevant field; a graduate degree is an asset. Significant senior executive or general management experience in a complex organization is required, including leadership of multidisciplinary teams and experience with governance, Board collaboration, strategic planning, and accountability. Applicants should bring expertise in managing substantial budgets, diversified funding, financial risk, and revenue development, along with experience building partnerships and representing an organization publicly. Knowledge of social or community real estate development and issues affecting vulnerable populations is an asset.
