Lead CNA Canada’s Specialty and Programs business through strategic growth, underwriting excellence, and portfolio leadership across national insurance operations.
This officer position directs Management Liability, Financial Lines, Cyber & Qualified Lines, Healthcare, and Programs/Affinity. You will shape business strategy, risk appetite, distribution, and performance while aligning Canadian priorities with Global Specialty leaders. The mandate includes financial accountability, governance, market expansion, and organizational capability.

Lead multiple specialty product lines and national operations
Drive profitable growth, portfolio optimization, and market expansion
Strengthen broker, customer,
and program partner relationships
Build and develop a high-performing underwriting organization
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, insurance, or related discipline
At least 15 years of progressive insurance leadership experience
Extensive specialty insurance and underwriting knowledge
Experience leading complex portfolios with national scope
Proven success delivering sustainable business results
