About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to provide overall strategic leadership and represent its mission, vision, and values. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will strengthen the organization’s business model, diversify revenue, develop strategic partnerships, and advance its position in impact entrepreneurship. The role includes engaging the Board, staff, and partners around shared priorities, while leading advocacy, funding, business development, and organizational visibility. The Executive Director will also guide strategic planning, organizational growth,



and relationships across relevant public, private, and community ecosystems.

Candidates should hold a university degree in business administration, management, entrepreneurship, innovation, economic development, public relations, or a related field; a graduate degree is an asset. At least eight years of leadership, organizational development, or strategic management experience is required, ideally in a nonprofit or innovation-focused setting. Applicants should bring experience securing revenue and public funding, building partnerships and networks, working with a board, and developing and monitoring strategic plans. Solid capabilities in budget management, governance, stakeholder relations, and leading skilled teams are essential, along with knowledge of entrepreneurship, social innovation, and economic development. Entrepreneurial or intrapreneurial experience is an asset.
