Key Responsibilities: Provide corporate and commercial legal advice to management
Draft, review, interpret, and negotiate commercial agreements
Assess legal and regulatory risks affecting business decisions
Manage disputes, litigation,
and errors and omissions claims
Support governance, corporate filings, licensing, and compliance
Requirements: LL.B. or J.D. from an accredited Canadian or U.S. law school
Called to a Canadian provincial bar, in positive standing
Two to five years of post-call legal experience
Experience negotiating commercial contracts and supporting litigation
Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
