We are seeking an experienced e-Discovery Program Manager to lead enterprise eDiscovery initiatives in a regulated setting. The ideal candidate will have expertise in eDiscovery operations, audit/ compliance, legal operations, and large-scale project management .

Key Requirements:

5+ years' experience in eDiscovery, legal operations, audit, compliance, or risk management

Proven success managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with competing priorities

Experience leading audit remediation projects, control implementation, and evidence collection

Knowledge of the EDRM lifecycle , legal hold tools, eDiscovery platforms, and case management systems

Understanding of access controls, identity management, data reconciliation, and audit trails

Strong documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills





Nice to Have:

eDiscovery operations experience

Access reviews and data lifecycle management

Project Management certification

Audit control documentation and sustainability evidence preparation
