As a Lead Customer Success Manager, you oversee customer lifecycles across Workiva’s highest value named accounts. You guide executives through value realization, product maturity, and scalable adoption. Your work includes onboarding, training, consultative recommendations, renewal forecasting, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities: Drive Workiva Platform adoption and prove ROI to executives
Consult on workflows, best practices, and management business reviews
Build trusted relationships across customer organizations and internal teams
Identify risks, forecast revenue changes, and resolve customer issues




Manage renewal pipelines and achieve revenue retention targets
Requirements: Undergraduate degree or equivalent related education and experience
Six years of Customer Success, Service, Account Management, or Sales experience
Experience supporting a SaaS application preferred
Expertise in assigned customer use cases and software platform solutions
Strong influence, presentation, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities
